Bearing in mind the regulatory and policy changes since the original planning consent, do you welcome our revised proposals for a residential-led development at Plot 2&3 Silverthorne Lane?

Our revised plans will deliver a greater number of more spacious homes than previously proposed, all with access to outside space, all with a view to the water, and no single aspect north-facing properties. Do you welcome this?

Our proposals to deliver a Build-to-Rent scheme will provide housing that is accessible and affordable in the heart of the city, close to key transport infrastructure. Do you welcome this?

The revised plans will deliver a BREEAM Excellent rating as a minimum, with homes being rated EPC A. We are also exploring opportunities to go further and deliver a Net Zero Carbon development if possible. Is this important to you?

The revised plans will create enhanced public realm, with connections through the site to open up the canalside to the public for the first time. 100 trees will be planted alongside landscape proposals that will deliver Biodiversity Net Gain that exceeds policy requirements. Is this important to you?

Are you, or is someone you know, looking for an affordable home to rent in central Bristol?

The ground floor spaces of the development will provide opportunities for retail, food/beverage, office and other active uses, as part of a vibrant canalside community. Do you welcome this?
